My name is Alex Kondratiev. I'm from Ukraine, but last 6 years I have been living in Poland.
My journey in 3D visualization began as a student. Initially, I approached it as a hobby, but soon found myself working as a visualizer in an architectural studio.
A few years later, I made the move to freelance work and established my own studio, River.black.

We use 3ds Max because it's a professional standard in architectural visualization. If you're aiming for a job in a 3D studio, they're likely to seek skills in 3ds Max. Hence, we stick with the most popular and sought-after software combination.
We don't have the ability to provide software. It's up to the student to manage their own software because everyone's situation is different. In the future, we might be able to discuss special arrangements with software developers.
We give our students one lesson every 2-3 days. We do this because it's the best way to really understand the material. When you pay for a subscription, you might want all the content at once. But we've found that doesn't work well. After each lesson, students should try what they've learned on their own project. If there's extra time, they can talk with others or learn more. This method works really well.
A single course, like interior or exterior visualization, lasts around 3 months. If you take both, it lasts about 6 months. We think this is the best time frame to learn the profession. You can revisit the lessons anytime you want, if your subscription is active.
If you stop your subscription, you'll lose access to all resources, lessons, and your progress. You can get it all back by restarting your subscription. But remember, if your account isn't active for over 6 months, it will be automatically deleted. Then, all progress will be gone, and you'll have to start from the beginning.
